PARLIAMENT OPENED. (Ey Telegraph—Frees Association —Copyright.) OTTAWA, Nov. 17. The Canadian Parliament was opened to-day. OTTAWA, Nov. IS. Received Nov. 19. 12.35 a.m. The speech from the Throne foreshadowed bills for the construction of a railroad to Hudson’s Bay and revision of the copyright laws. The Governor-Gen-eral expressed the hope that reciprocity would soon be achieved. The debate on the Address-in-Reply will begin on Monday. An earlier cable stated that disgusted at tiie apathy of the Dominion Government, farmers of the prairie provinces are organising a fujd to build a railway to Hudson’s Bay. The need of a grain route is imperative.
