The X Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from thoir London office, dated 25th July :—Wool. —The Bales closed firmly this day. As Compared with last sales' closing rales for lambs, fins crossbred, greasy merino inferior, super scoured merino, are about par to 5 per cent, lower. Crossbred lambs, coarse scoured crossbred and faulty wool, 7§ to 10 per cent, lower. Coarse crossbred slipe, medium crossbred slipe, medium scoured crossbred and greasy crossbred, medium and coarse, in faulty condition are Id per R> Uhver.
