Per United Association. PUNKOIK, Ja n. £O. Tho eighth day’s hearing of the seamen’s dispute in the Arbitration Court closed to-day without getting 'to the end of Hie case for the Union. W. T. Young, secretary of the Wellington branch and W. Belcher, secretary of the Duuadin branch, gave evidence. Mr Belcher, who is conducting the case for the Union, expects to finish to morrow’.
