Arbitration Court.
Per United Press Association. DUNEDIN, Jan. 20. The Court has been engaged -on Hie seamen’s dispute for oypr a week and the case for the Union is still unfinished. Mr Relcher has culled a host of witnesses, including officers of tho Union S.S. Company, from (the General Manager down to firemen and expects to finish about Tuesday. It was the hope of tho Court that it would be aide to get away to tho West Coast, on Thursday but that is now out of the question.
