Land Sales
National Mortgage Co. have to report the following land sales :— On account of Mr Alex. Calder, 480 acres at Morton Mains to Mr John Cullen, Morton Mains. On account of Mr John Cullen, his farm of 740 acres, t<J Mr Joseph Stalker, Kaipoi. On account Mr John Cullen, Morton Mains, 200 to Mr Alex, Calder. On account Mr John Deegan, Ci is choice farm at Gladfield, containing 405 acres, to Mr T. W. Forde, Heddon Bush. On account Mr Louis Zweiss, Hokonui, his farm comprising 230' acres, to Messrs Mcßae Bros., Ho’konui, Gap road. These transactions have all been completed on terms satisfactory alike to buyer and seller, and are further evidence of the demand fo'r land in the Southland district. Wo have further inquiries for land and hope to report more sales during the month.
