The Cretan outbreak is degenerating into robbery and incendiarism. Eight gendarmes have been shot. Prince George has asked for assistance and protection from the Powers. Received 4th, 9.33 p.m. There has been much rioting in Chicago, three men being killed and 100 injured. The negro diivers, when attacked, used firearms freely.
