CAPETOWN. Aug. 3 Received 3rd, 10.30 p.m.
A met- ting of representative Boers, including Louis Botha, ex-Generals Smuts, Viljoen, Kemp and Olliers. held at Krugersdorp, resolved that the labour available was insufficient for the mining and agricultural demands of the Transvaal, but deferred a decision with regard to the introduction of Asiatic labour until the Native Labour Commission has presented its report.
COMPLIMENTARY
