SYDNEY, Feb. 4. Received 4th 10.5 p.m. The Labour Conference severely commented on the utterances of Justices Pring and Rogers while adjudicating on recent cases, wherein they took occasion to condemn the Shearers' Union strike tactics. The Conference adopted a resolution for presentation to the Attorney-General, declaring that the judges' remarks constituted unwarranted attacks on trades unions ; showed bias unbecoming the judicial bench, and asking, in the interests of justice, that the judges be called upon for an official explanation. Received 4th, 0.28 a.m. Seed wheat, with its distribution, co&t the N.S.W. Government
