The Assembly passed a Bill allocating £100,000 for the purchase of seed wheat for farmers. FREMANTLE, Jan. 29. Another contact has developed plague. In connection with the Coolgardie water scheme, Mr Chamberlain cabled congratulating Sir John Forrest on the completion of the great enterprise, and on his courage and statesmanship.
