The allocation of the balance of the patriotic funds (|£GB4) has been made by the committee. Tho votes wera £73 to relatives of troopers, £50 for a town clock, £150 for the Cook Memorial, with war tablet, £50 for tho Ueautifying Association, £25 for general expenses, and £25 to each of the '.wo bands, leaving £260 to be invested on 'fixed deposit in case of any further calls.
