LETTER CARRIERS' DELIVERY. Deliveries by Letter Camera are made daily. Waikare, at 2.45 p.m. Parcels for Australian States at 1.46 p.m Money Orders and Registered Letters at 1.45 p.m The English mail of this daspatoh will be (toe in London on 30th March, A Parcels Mail for London and for correspondence specially^addressed, per s.s. Delphic, at 3.15 p.m. The Delphic will leave Wellington on 20th inst., and will be due in London on 10th April. Tuesday, 18th February For the United States of America, Canada, West Indies, Central America, West Coast of South America, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via San Francisco (due in London on 22nd March), also Japan, Samoa and Hawaiian Islands, at 3.15 p.m. Money Orders at 1 p.m., and Registered Lstters at 2.15 p.m. Note— Mails clone at Auckland for Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji on 26th inst ; at Sydney for Noumea and Fiji on 28th inst ; for Natal and Capetown on 27th inst. Note— As large numbers of newspapers for the United Kingdom continue to be posted insufficiently prepaid, the public are reminded that newspapers for the United Kingdom are charged by weight, viz., for first 4oz, Id ; every additional 2oz.
