RECEPTION OF THE IMPERIAL TROOPERS AT PERTH: A HIGHLAND BAND. ADELAIDE, Dec. 16. Received 16th, 4.43 p.m. South Australia disposed of New South Wales in the first innings for 279. Noble made 27, Trumper 33, Iredale 37, Hopkins 65, Gregory 51. PERTH, Dec. 16. Received 17th, 1.8 a.tn. The Imperial troopers by the Britannic were accorded a hearty reception, although the public were disappointed that they appeared in khaki, their brilliant uniforms being reserved for Sydney. The Highland Band numbers 34 performers. Col. Wyndham, replying to the Governor's welcome, thanked the people for the reception.
