Who Talks of Impeachment ?

Wellington, July 11.
The Premier and Minister of Justice attended the Police Commission this morning. The Premier explained that they were there out of respect to the Commission, but for State reasons and on the ground of expediency they could not give evidence. After hearing Mr Taylor in reference to ths practice of the House of Commons and of commissions in New Zealand the Commissioners held that Ministers were justified on the grounds given an 1 further that they could not call on Ministers to give evidence on Which an impeachment might be founded in Parliament.
