A deputy urges the French Government to assume the management of the coal mines. M. Freycinet proposes arbitration, which the strikers are willing to accept. They demand pensions for fit men. BERLIN, Nov. 20. Baron Gravereuth was killed and many Germans wounded in a fight with natives in Cameroons, West Africa.
