After "paying the fine, and as he was leaving the Court, he remarked that policemen should arrest blackguards and not decent men like himself. The Court heard the. and .the,, .offender was - called back, he refusing to pay proper respect to the Court by removing his hat. An additional fine of 10s, with the same alternative as before,- was imposed, to the muttered dissatisfaction of Patrick.
