Sib, — Now that Mr Hatch has been elected for the town, I would advise him to get a bill passed, somethiug as follows : — Any proprietor or editor of a newspaper being eiecttd should not receive any Government advertisements " during his term of office. lam o£ opinion that to give sucb adveiliaexnents -to a member would be oat of all place.
