[By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.] RBUTBR'S TELEGRAMS. MELBOURNE, July 22. Sir W. Jervois leaves here to-tiny by the steamship Waihora for the Bluff. Failed, this afternoon — The Union s.B. Waihora, for the Bluff. The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand, Limited, reports of the local grain market as follows : — Wheat per bushel, 3s lid : market much steadier. Malting barley dull and heavy : quoted to-day at 4s. New Zealand oats, feeding sorts, are without material change : the market if anything is weaker. To-day's price— 2s lOd to 3s. Milling sorts are in fair demand at 3s lti to 3s 3d. New Zealand oats, underbond, are slow of sale at 2s Id to 2s sd. SYDNEY, July 22.
