Rotorua, s.s., 800' tons, Carey, for West Coast, Cargills, Gibbs & Co., agents. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Onward, schooner, from Lyttelton. Western Monarch, ship, from London, Oct. 30. The s.s. Rotorua arrived at the Bluff, from Dunedin, at 10 a.m. on the Ist inst.,' and after embarking the passengers left at the Bluff by the s.s. Tararua, sailed for the West Coast Sounds at 4 p.m. The s.s. Oreti sailed for Dunedin at 5 p.m. on the Ist inst. Captain Joss was engaged to take her up to Dunedih. ' • ' The barque Acacia, Captain Harvey, arrived at the lower anchorage yesterday, from Hobarton. She brings a cargo of Tasmanian timber, part of which is for this port and the balance fof Lyttelton. The Acacia left Hobarton on Boxing Day, and has had a smart run down df seven days.
