Chbistohurch, Oct. 18.— The market for good milling wheat is firm at 7.s ; 6tocks are lovr, and there is little in farmers' hand?. Flour, £16 10s to £17 10s ; bran, £4 10s, scarce ; sharps, £5 10s to £6 ; oats are in brisk demand at 3s 5d to 3s 6d ; potatoes, 37s 6d to 40s. The Sydney dem>icd is heavy. Cheese, 6£d ; hams and bacon, 8d in cloths. The dry weather is telling on the spring sown crops. DimEDIN, Oct. 18.— Fat cattle are quoted at 27s 6d to 33s per 100 lb ; mutton 28s. Wheat, 5s 6d to 7s 6d ; oats; 3s to 3s 3d j barley, 3s to 3s 6d. Mr J. B.
