Four-oared racing gigs round a buoy \ boat, to be moored up the harbor for the purpose and back to starting line, 3. Whale boats same as four-oared gigs. 4. Ships' open sailing boats to sail up the harbor, round fhe buoy boat in the north channel, then down round the perch buoy, and back round the buoy boat, then down round perch buoy, and in to starting line. 5. Six-oared racing gigs same as four-oared. G. Cutters to sail down the harbor and outside round the inner black buoy off Tewais Point, then back up the harbor and round the buoy boat in the north channel, then down round fhe perch buoy and up round the buoy boat, and back round the perch buoy, and in to starting line, 7.
