Dingies to pull up the harbor from the starting line round the second stake on the edge of the banks, and back to starting point. 2. Four-oared racing gigs round a buoy \ boat, to be moored up the harbor for the purpose and back to starting line, 3. Whale boats same as four-oared gigs. 4. Ships' open sailing boats to sail up the harbor, round fhe buoy boat in the north channel, then down round the perch buoy, and back round the buoy boat, then down round perch buoy, and in to starting line. 5. Six-oared racing gigs same as four-oared. G. Cutters to sail down the harbor and outside round the inner black buoy off Tewais Point, then back up the harbor and round the buoy boat in the north channel, then down round fhe perch buoy and up round the buoy boat, and back round the perch buoy, and in to starting line, 7. Open sailing boats same as ships' boats. 8. Pair-oared outriggers same as diisgies. The date and prizes will be published in a future issue. .T.
