C. Williamson , introduce Miss Nellie Stewart. On the 27th and 28th a Julius Klnight return visit will be given, and on December 9th and 10th they bring the Musical Corned v Co. to Invercargill. •$- So it will be seen that Messrs Williamson are catering in first-class style for the play-g"oers at this end of the island. The Arnst Combination have booked the Theatre for 9th and 10th August. Mr Alfred Wood and Maud Williamson, who have been absent from New Zealand for some years, are shortly coining back to Australia. 4Madame Melba has returned to Australia after a. financially successful rush through New Zealand. Madame will carry back one pleasant recollection with her, in the shape of the worship of a certain North Island lady journalist, who, in the course of a paean of praise, referred to Melba as "a grown woman with the heart of a' child."
