AUCKLAND, November 27.
An application for reference of an industrial dispute lias been filed with thfr Clerk of Awards between the Hikurangi Coal Company and the Hikurangi Coal .Miners’ Industrial Union. The questions in dispute are hours and conditions of labour, and wages. The hearing is fixed for the 6th December at Hikurangi. It will be heard before the Auckland Board.
