TwO gins have since died, and four others are in a dangerous condition. Kelly has been arrested. APPEAL DISMISSED. Brisbane, June 7. The Full Court dismissed the appeal of Messrs Brown and Reid, who were recently nonsuited in the action brought against the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly for their expulsion from the House in September last.
