Orders of discharge wore granted to George Bracefield (Mr O. Perry); C. Campbell (Mr White); P. Stratford (Mr White) ; If. Sooringe (Mr Postleth waite) An application for order of discharge for Elizabeth Melton (Mr White) was adjourned, Mr Kinaerney opposing it on behalf of a creditor, Mr Gibson, who was too unwell to be present. The Deputy Official Assignee applied to be released from duty in respect of eleven bankrupt estates wound up.—Orders granted. In the matter of Graoie and Maclean, Mr White applied fpr costs of Assignee’s solicitor. —Granted. PBOBATES, Probata of wills of decease 3 persons was granted—of W. Christmas, Milford (Mr Salmond) ; of A McCormick (Mr Eaymond) ; and of Elizabeth Jones (Mr 0. Perry). APPEALS. His Honour beard in Chambers Messrs Kinnerney and Postlethwaita on the settlement of oases for appeal in the matter of the bankruptcy of David Mitchell Boss in relation to Mr and Mrs Bower, counsel not being agreed upon the points of appeal.
