Lord Dufferin has returned to Paris and is communicating with the French Government respecting the Siamese difficulty.
(Received 1.20 a,m., July 22nd.) Paris, July 21.
Information from Bangkok states that the King and Court are preparing to leave the capital of Siam, and that reinforcements are being sent to Bottonborg owing to the attitude of the French gunboats being provocative. The answer to the French ultimatum is expected by the French Government on Sunday.
