The Miners’ Federation have decided to make the eight hours’ question urgent in Parliament. (Received 6 p.m., Feb. 7th.) Feb. 6. The secretary of the Omnibus Union says that the work of organising cabmen, which has been going on since the late strike, is now almost complete.
