RACING CONFERENCE.

WELLINGTON, June 19,
At the request of the Hon. Captain Bussell who acted as chairman of the Conference of racing delegates in Dunedin, Mr H. M. Lyon Of the Wellington Racing Club bas issued a
circular convening a meeting of delegates from the Metropolitan Clubs to beheld in Wellington on Friday, 15th August. Uhobua ness set out will be tbe " Question of forming a New Zealand Club” and other current business. Clubs are reminded that whenever any metropolitan club to bring before a conference any impbrtant alteration in the rules notice of such proposals must be forwarded to each of the metropolitan club( at least one month before the date fixed for holding the Conference,
