DIVORCE COURT.
AN IMMORAL MINISTER. (Bv Telegraph.) WELLINGTON, June 8. In the Divorce Court, in tho caso Malcolm v. Malcolm, the wife’s petition, a decree nisi was granted. In Dodwell v. Dodwell, also tho wife’s petition, the husband is J. O. Dodwell, Episcopalian minister. Mrs Dodwell deposed to respondent’s adultery, and stated that she had been driven to a doctor’s by his immorality. He was in tho habit of taking strange women to hotels when he was in Wellington. Evidence to this effect was given by the licensee of the Central Hotel. Dodwell had the cure at Bulla, but two years ago was suspended by the bishop. A decree nisi with costs was granted.
