MAIL NOTICES.
For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Takapuna, on Saturday, June Ist., at 4.30 p.m. On and after Monday, 13th inst., mails by trains will close at Timarn, as follows r—For South (per express) daily at 2,30 p.m.. and by other trains as at present. For North (by express) daily at 4.45 p.m. ; for Christchurch and intermediate offices, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 6 a.m., and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 11.30 a.m. ; for local offices, as far as Ashburton, daily, at 6 a.m. (Signed) b)D.
