Sir Henry Parkea, Premier, intends to open correspondence shortly with the Premiers of the other colonies in order if possible to obtain concerted action by the whole of the colonies in respect to the Chinese question. ARRIVALS OF WHEAT. Arrived—Brigantine Reaper from San Francisco with thirty thousand sacks of wheat; barque Earl Granville from Lyttelton with thirteen thousand sacks of wheat.
