THE STRIKES IN GERMANY.
Berlin, May 16,
Prince Bismarck is said to be much concerned at the spread of strikes in Westphalia, which are evidently caused by wide and effective organisations. As an outcome of the strikes large quantities of coal, coke, and iron have been purchased in England for use in Germany.
