DYNAMITE OUTRAGE.

A STORE BLOWN UP. (By TEiEOKArn.) WESTPORT, Arm 26. A dastardly outrage was perpetrated at Cape Foulwind early this morning, A large store, occupied by Ballantyno, -who was connected with the contractors, was blown up with dynamite. Fully half the building was reduced to a perfect wreck; the timber shattered, and the sheets of iron thrown some distance away, with holes in them whore tins of goods bad been blown through. Two of the Ballantynes were sleeping in the rear of the premises, but escaped uninjured. A timekeeper named Brown usually slept in the front part of the store, but fortunately he had not gone to bed. Had ho done so he certainly would have been killed. The police are making enquiries. There is so far no clue to the authors of the outrage. Great indignation is felt as the relations between the contractors and men are of a most friendly character.
