AN AUCKLAND MURDER CASE.

AUCKLAND, April 16.
Mary Ann Wilson, the woman who reported she had been dangerously wounded by some person unknown while asleep out of doors at Archill, died to-day. In her dying depositions she accused Louis Paget, the man with whom she had been living, of having com mitted the injuries, and said he made her promise not to tell. Paget is already in custody and will be charged with murder.
