Boulanger will be charged with the seduction of the allegiance of officers of the army; embezzling while occupying the position of Minister of War ; and for making a seditious speech during the election of President Carnot. The committee appointed by the Senate to ascertain the grounds for prosecuting Boulanger will examine ten thousand documents, newspaper articles, visiting cards, and Boulangist songs.
