Tbc harbour is aliro with a small sprat-like fish, and a largo ilock of seabirds attend on them closely. The little things can be seen darting through the water and leaping out of it in a very agile fashion, as if there was somebody behind them. Probably there is, kawbai, barracouta, or some other bigger and hungry fish. Oamaru harbor is similarly gwarmihg#
