THE ANNEXATION CONFERENCE.

At the meeting of the Conference to-day, a draft of the Imperial Bill for defining the constitution and functions of the proposed Australasian Federal Council was under consideration, and occupied the whole of the afternoon. The first seven clauses of the Bill were disposed of, and the meeting then adjourned.
