(Pbb Pkess ASSOCIATION.) THIS DAY. Court of AppealWellington, Dec. 5. At the Appeal Court to-day judgement was given in the following cases : Wellington Corporation v. Roberts, judgement for defendant. Annie Waata v. Griece (Auckland) appeal dismissed with costs on highest scale, Mr Bell applied for and obtained leave to appeal to the Privy Council, Russel v, Sheehan (Napier) three separate judgements were read in this case. Mr Justice Johnstan being of opinion the case should be dismissed with costs. Justices Gillies and Williams thought that the decree of the Court should be affirmed. Judgement was accordingly affirmed. Btouo v. Atkinson (Auckland) The appeal in this case was dismissed with costs to be awarded on the highest scale. Leave wrs given to appeal to the Privv Council,
