In the Supreme Court, to-day, the caseof Blackburn v. Northern Insurance' Company, broke down, the plaintiff being" unable to prove that the claim had been made within 15 days of the destruction of the premises by fire. FireEeefton, Dec. 4. A fire broke out in Broadway street at four o’clock this morning, and totally destroyed four buildings.
