(Pan Press Association.) THIS DAY. Apology Retracted' Wellington, Nov. 29. In to-day’s “Times” Mr Thos. H. Mabin publicly retracts the apology ho made to Mr Sclanders, in the Nelson Police Court, on 12th inst., and says that ho prefers the case to go to a jury.
