TIMARU—THIS DAY. (Before J. Boswick, Esq., E.M.) liABCENT as a bailee. John James was charged with appriating to his own use the sum of £9, the property of John Joseph Daily. Mr Hameraiey appeared for accused. On the application of Mr Inspector Pender, the case was remanded till to-morrow.
