The market rate of discount has advanced from to 2-j- per cent; Bank rate, 3 per cent. Adelaide and New Zealand wheat is quoted at 51s, ex store. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, has advanced Is per 2801bs, and is now quoted at 345. Australian tallow : best beef, 43s 6d ; best mutton, 44s 6d. Wool Sales. At the wool auction to day 9800 bales were catalogued. The demand continues active, and prices are firm.
