Its close proximity to the only deep-water Jetty in Broad Bay, where the steamers always call, make it peculiarly convenient, and the fact that the Wesleyan Church has been on the Property for some years shows that it is centrally situated for the whole district; so that the Land is sure to acquire a high value in future. The beautiful sandy beach in front is simply perfection for bathing purposes. On one section there is a neat Cottage, well built and comfortable, which will be sold with the land on which it stands.
