Before breaking up camp at Moataa quarantine station, the overseas visitors instructed their honorary Q.M.S. (Mr Atkinson) to convey to MajorGeneral Richardson, Administrator of Western Samoa, their thanks for his many acts of courtesy and kindness which had so greatly added to the enjoyment of their life in camp. It was also resolved that General Richardson should be requested to express to Dr. Ritchie, C.M.0., the internees' appreciation of the manner in which he had handled the situation.
