Notice. A Prohibition Order has this day been issued against DOMINGO REIS. commonly-known as " Domingo, or "' Mingo." The said order will rernain'ui force for three mouths from date. Notice. Owners and drivers of motor vehicles are .hereby warned against driving at excessive .speeds. The speed limit is laid down in Proclamation 21. Para. 4. In accordance with Para. U, of the same Proclamation the registered numbers of motor vehicles must be properly illuminated and clearly exposed.
