-i Tu Shape. June 26 Owing to a slip on the railway line near Hihitaiii four express trains are still held up. One express from Wellington is held up at Mataroa and the other at Taibape. while both expresses from are held up oh the north aide of the slip. The Taibape yards are congested with goods and stock for the north. Communication between Taihapo and the south is clear. A large quantity of earth came down in the slip near Hihitahi last night baforo the north express' was due and all good's trains are held up on both sides' of the oiip. _ Relief gangs were sect up last night to clear away, the debris and are still working at the scene nt the slip. About 11-o’clock'this morning another fall occurred at the locality of the slip, and it will be some hours before tt’.a trains get through _ It is probable that if the debris is not cleared this afternoon an attempt will be made to tranship the passengers.
