OPENING OF PARLIAMENT
Per Press Association. Wellington, June 24 The weather,'which has been wet and cold for the past twenty-four hours, has every appearance of improving for the opening of the first session of the twentieth Parliament ac 2.30. The King's commission will be read in the new Legislative Council Chamber by the Hon. Oarncross (Speaker cf,the Legislative Council). After the reading of the Commission membeis of the Hoas9 will proceed to elect a speaker.
