Signysian, Sii Agnes Won by a length. Time, 2.52. Hack Steeplechase—Notability 1, Juan 2, Slumix 3. Scratched. Jacaranda. Won by twelve lengths. Time, 4,20.
A protest against the winner on the ground that he ran round second to last fence was upheld and race awarded to Juan, with Slumix second and Mahattan third.
Hunt Cup Steeples—Sturdee 1, Sandiingham 2, Patarika 3. Scratched . Toraea and Netische. Won easily. Time, 5.23. Moananui Hack—Sanacre 1, Sir Fanciful 2, Piropiro 3. Won by a head. Time, 1.19.
