BLOODSHED IN BAGHDAD.

United Press Association —By Elec trie Telegraph—Copyright. DELHI, June 17. The indecision of British policy in Mesopotamia is rapidly developing an acute situation in that country. Several disturbances have lately occurred at Baghdad. An agitator delivering inflamatory speeches was arrested. Crowds gathered at the Mosque and elsewhere, collected arms, and set out to rescue the agitator. Rioting occurred when the police intervened. An armoured car was attacked, but on a few shots being fired in reply the attackers dispersed. Recently several respectable Arab residents of Baghdad have been attacked at night with stones. An afflcial communique warns disturbers that the Government will not fail to take the necessary steps to keep the peace.
