London, Feb 27 An interesting case In the Divorce Court to-day pivoted on the qugption whether a husband was entitled to sue for a divorce on the ground of misconduct where a resumption of cohabitation had followed the alleged offence. The Judge, Sir Henry MoOardie, decided in the negative,ruling that provisional condonation was established. It would be immoral, he said, were the petitioner to exercise a husband's rights simultaneously w ith a claim for the severance of the marriage bond.
