INDIAN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY.

Per Press Association. Taumarunui, March 23 Nundi Ram, a native of Calcutta, was arrested on Sunday morning for breaking* into Waimarino railway station and stealing £ll. He was found wearing a suit of clothes and a shirt stolen from Pauthorpe’s in the Taumarunui burglary. When asked whore he got the clothes he replied "God gave them to me.” Accused was remanded till Saturday to see if his finger prints correspond with those on Fanthorpe’s plate glass window and the cash register. Accused had also cut a finger, which could bs done by broken glass.
